At Mekora Studio, we take pride in creating high-quality 3D printed products. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we’re here to help.

7-Day Replacement Policy

We offer a 7-day replacement from the date of delivery.

You are eligible for a replacement if:

  • The product arrives damaged during shipping.
  • You receive the wrong product.
  • The product has a manufacturing defect.

Replacement Conditions

To request a replacement:

  • Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Provide your Order ID along with clear photos or a short video showing the issue.
  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging (where applicable).

Once your request is approved, we will send a replacement at no additional cost.

Non-Eligible Cases

Replacement requests will not be accepted for:

  • Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or improper handling
  • Minor variations in color, texture, or layer lines, as these are natural characteristics of 3D printed products.
  • Personalized or custom-made products, unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Refund Policy

We currently do not offer refunds. Eligible issues are resolved through a replacement only.
